Leading vehicle manufacturers all over the world particularly value the ultra compact API Laser Tracker. They are REALLY small. API has a unique, extremely intelligent, on-the shaft design which locates all of the critical measurement components on the central axis. With the Interferometer (IFM), Absolute Distance Meter (Turbo ADM), and digital processing electronics housed in a single assembly, the laser beam is able to exit the instrument without steering mirrors or deformable fiber optics.
Temperature drift is eliminated by superior engineering.
