Intelliprobe™
The Intelliprobe™ for the API Laser Tracker is the ideal tool for large and complex parts. With the help of the Intelliprobe™ it is now possible to use the superior range of the API Laser Tracker to measure hidden geometry and even points from larger structures and assemblies.

Unlimited measurements
Geometry measurements without direct line of sight with the laser beam often pose challenges to laser tracker users. However, this is not the case when using the Intelliprobe™ from API.

The Intelliprobe™ from API captures hidden geometry and obstructed points easily, as the probe is able to swivel around its own main axis. Together with the T3™ Laser Tracker from API, the Intelliprobe™ is the most compact 6 DOF-System on the market.

More is less: reduced complexity means reduced failure modes. The elemination of active temperature compensation provides a superior reliability, stability and accuracy. With a competitive 8,5 kg and only 36 cm height, the API Tracker is small enough to take as standard luggage on an airplane.

Site conditions:

API Laser Trackers are rated for operation at temperatures between -10ºC and 40ºC and an air pressure between 522 mmHg - 836 mmHg. Data to rel. Air humidity: 10-98%, not-condensing. Maximum operating altitude: 2000m.

Transportation weight:

The complete Laser Trackerīs packing weight, including all accessories is only 23 kg. The weight of the tracker head amounts to 8.5 kg, the controller weighs only 3.2 kg.
